We accept exchanges only for damaged or defective products received in error.

Items to be exchanged must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
After thorough review and approval, the exchange or replacement will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue, along with photographic evidence if applicable.
Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
